Dating and Depression?

I’ve been dating someone for ten months. I am a M (55) dating a Woman (50). I have been pretty good for about 9 months but decided to cut back on my depression meds as it causes ED (Erectile Dysfunction). Now I have cried for “No apparent reason” and get anxiety often. My girlfriend is good about it. She says it’s “OK” and has been supportive. But I worry now. How long will she say it’s “OK” (she’s older and doesn’t need the “baggage”), Sometimes I think I WORRY myself into ED more than the meds. I KNOW I have to get back with the meds (Wellbutrin) but it is soooo hard to find Love at our age it just adds to the problem. I don’t know if I’m just blabbeing now or asking a question. Only those who know and understand Depression please answer. i.e. You would understand things like, I stare at a bill and just CAN’Tbring myself to write a check for days….I isolate myself because it just seems right. etc. etc. I have no confidence in even something simple, like laundry!! help

I know where you are coming from. I’m only 22, but I’m on Zoloft, and I tell you, I’m a completely different person when I cut back on them.
I think this is something you need to seriously discuss with your doctor, at the very least. Cutting back on medication is not something to be done carelessly.
I think if she truly loves you, she will be very understanding. Perhaps your doctor can provide access to a drug to counteract the ED. Mine did (22 and on Viagra…yeah…).

What are some supplements/pills that can aid someone in erectile dysfunction. Over the counter? I think the best thing to do is relax. They say people trying to conceive …. when trying it doesn’t happen. When they stop trying it happens. SO, I think the stress of having to preform right now and hurry maybe the problem. Try to take a more relaxing approach. Talk to your wife about it and maybe a DR.

I was wondering what is a medication (s) commonly used to treat high blood pressure? I am a man and was diagnosed with hypertension and it has caused me to suffer from erectile dysfunction. Against my doctor’s advice, I have refused to take any medications for it. I normally try to avoid supporting the drug companies and don’t trust most medications. At this point, the symptoms are affecting me physically with headaches and dizziness. The erectile dysfunction has destroyed my sex life with my wife.

Can a botched circumcision be causing problems?

When my husband got his circumcision at birth, his was cut on the shaft almost halfway. As he grew it created a long horizontal scar. It can bend it half sometimes, and he can never have an orgasm with oral. He says some parts are not very sensitive, and the fluid is has a balled gel look to it.
